From the growler via Jungle Jim's Eastgate in a snifter. This decent little bock
pours a muddy orange tinged brown with a light head of off white that settles
to a thin ring with a light thin pool. Nose of raisins and brown sugars with a touch
of toast. Flavors follow the nose with toasted malts, some caramel and raisin
notes and subtle grape notes. Decent mouth feel, lightly coating, easy to drink,
sweet on the finish, and very low carbonation.

Overall, a decent brew, but also one that I would consider more related to a home brew
than from an up and coming little brewery like Firehouse. Needs a touch of work.
