Jackrabbit is not afraid to show its inventiveness and so it does with Golden Hare. Choosing a half-obscure bourbon distiller to partner with indicates Jackrabbit experiments and learns before going for prime time. Wise in the Barrel-aged market.
This Golden Hare's Looks are at a slight disadvantage because it is pale, but I still want to drink it. Its Smells are not a full-on replacement for dessert like many AIS, but Golden Hare is subtle sweet. Tastes are well-balanced, clean for a messy style. Medium-mouthed. I'd like to try more renditions although I may balk at a similar price.
