Sampler on tap at The Petaluma River Craft Beer Festival. My third pils in a row, so my buds weren't confused yet.
While Village Pils Looks average and probably should have more of a waft of hops, it Tasted balanced and had a semi-dry finish typical of the style. On the lighter side of medium-mouthed, but refreshing.
My first from Third Street, so I went on their website and see that they've been around for 30 years. And despite my many trips here, I never found their brews. Seems like their distribution should be better by now. Their website could be also, more informative about what motivates them. But 30 years is worth good Overall Hugs, so I give that now.
