The appearance was a pale yellow color with a finger’s worth of white foamy head. Light stringy lace. The aroma had some sweet wheat, coriander, lemon and orange peel, and some dough. Some bubblegum. Light grassy hops at the end. The flavor blended fairly nice between the prior mentioned aromas sweetly initially and then developed a little spicy character. Not much of an aftertaste but brought in some of that sweet wheat in the finish. The feel was almost medium bodied, seemed like it sat just a tad under. Carbonation felt fine and the ABV felt fine as well. Overall, pretty nice witbier worthy of having again, in an American sort of way.
