Hanging their hat on the lighter Belgian fare, Ethereal's flagship farmhouse splits the difference in its fruit and spice difference while a gently rolling grain and wine influence simmers beneath.
Soon after its strongly turbulent pour, its billowing head settles into a creamy meringue with hazy golden hues swirling below. As its balance of pepper and grassy hops play counterpart to white pepper, clove, coriander and white pepper, the nose is rife with Belgian character.
Its grainy sweet taste firmly supports the yeast influence yet begins to trail, leaving a drying substrate behind. In its wake, the playful acidity of white wine, soft balsa, and grassy hops which later accentuate the yeast spices with their own herbaceous bite.
Medium bodied, the beer's carbonation quickly fades to leave the finish still and quite. Modest warmth pierces through lingering sweetness and husk for a quick finish of white pepper and grass.

Amazing golden color seems to have its own source of light. The smell is very aromatic and slightly of citrus. Taste is very complex with fruits and spices, none of which is overpowering. A winner. My avatar is this beer.
