Resting upon their farmhouse laurels, the Ethereal minds team up with local Lexington bar, Arcadium for beer that's a fun little game for the senses. Wildflower, honey, fruit and spice mingle on the tongue to delight the tastebuds and offer a crisp and characterful session.

Hazy gold and standing tall with a creamy, soapy froth, the loosely knit white structure expels a host of citrus, orchard fruit, and mild tropical scents with a peppery spring in its step. Floral aromas bridge nicely into a savory taste of honey, confectioner's sweetness and soft angel-food grain flavor.

As the ale unfolds on the middle palate, the character of orange blossom, herb and tea is soon overwhelmed with a fruit-centric taste of orange, apple, lemon, papaya and spiced pear ahead of a balance of white pepper, grassy hops, vanilla, mint and cumin. Trending slightly tart, the finish of white wine trails into a zesty taste with a moderately bitter finish.

Medium-bodied, creamy and dry, the beer's floral sweetness dissolves quickly. The taste turns earthy, bitter and racy with bold effervescence; which is quite a turn from the beer's whimsical, floral bouquet to start. Spicy, tart and bitter, the ale refreshes the senses and quenches the thirst in an effortless finish.
