Rough looking beauty. Murky, impenetrable, muddy, yeasty, chocolate milk. Long-lived moderate head, sheets and sheets of dirty looking lace. Way off the beaten track, got a farmmade look to it. Just plain fun. If it sits a while, it'll separate, yeast and all to the bottom, dark goodness to the top.
After that, not quite as much character. Nose is dark fruit, a whiff of alcohol. Noticeable dark fruit and figs to smell and to taste. Tasty, but needs to push it a bit somehow.
