Poured a hazy, orange body with minimal head and lace. Aroma has a bit of yeast along with floral, citric hoppy notes and touches of sweet malts. The yeast gives beer fuller body and keeps it smooth, as well as adds to the sweetness factor as this beer has some tropical fruit notes. The sweet aspects balance with a slightly hopped kick that gives off citric (lemony) and floral notes. Not a bad beer at all, but personally I would call this a blonde ale or Belgian pale ale instead of a saison as not much complexity and the funk factor is muted on this one.
