It's a hoppy one. Quite dark amber in the pint shaker with a nice foamy top. Spritzy on the tongue. Mellow and nutty malt flavor. This is both sweeter and hoppier than a typical Pale Ale. Malty and rich with caramel plus a snappy edge. A pleasant robust quaff but quite bitter for my taste. On tap at Anelia's in La Conner.
