This is a very good offering from a local brewery (located only a few blocks from where I live, In Evanston). Here goes:
A: Looks like a murky NEIPA. Pours a light-yellow emulsion - completely opaque. Has a good head and lacing, however.
S: Fairly robust. Fruity and floral notes dominate. Detect the usual complements of citrus and orange interspersed with flowers. Also a touch of pine.
T: Pine more noticeable in the taste than in the smell. However, the floral and fruity notes are rather overpowering. Lots of citrus, grapefruit, and oranges. However, it should be noted that the beer isn't overly dank; the fruits are rather well-balanced.
F: Very good. Very light and soft on the palate, like an NEIPA.
