Served in a sour glass

This beer pours straw colored with a slight haze. It is topped with less than an inch of off white head that leaves no lacing.

The smell is salty and tart. I get some coriander and peach.

The taste is salty and tart. The peach is not overbearing. It compliments the beer nicely.

Thin bodied with a semi dry mouthfeel

This is a very refreshing beer. I almost chugged it before I stopped myself to savor it.

Tasted in a Rastal Teku from a one pint can on April 6, 2019. Part of the Kinetic series of sour gose. Brewed with peaches. Light in body with a tart feel and refreshing finish.
