A collaboration with Evanston-based Soul & Smoke BBQ, a quickly growing black-owned and women-led business, which regularly dishes out their delicious barbeque at Sketchbook's Skokie location. This Belgian Pale Ale is delicately hopped and refreshing with fruit and spice notes that complement that signature Soul & Smoke sauce.

I had this on draft 2/27/25 @ Sketchbook Evanston.
Mostly see-through dull orange appearance; champagne bubbles throughout the session.
Nice off-white head; a thick curtain of lacing remained.
Orange peel, faint lemon & faint clove notes in the nose.
Medium mouthfeel.
Orange peel & mild clove flavors up front; faint lemon notes on the finish.
Like most Sketchbook beers I've had, this is solid but unremarkable.
