Tart, fruity, and bright, the Catharina Sour is a beer style straight out of Santa Catarina, Brazil. This version brewed with passion fruit and mango. Passion fruit is aromatic with citrus notes and a tart finish, mango is sweet and succulent. The result is tropical, sunny, and delicious.
