A deep, strong stout with vanilla, toffee, and dried fruit flavors and a velvety texture. Aged 12 months in Willett Bourbon barrels. The Mexican Hot Chocolate variant, features rich cacao, cinnamon, a touch of chili heat, and a hint of nutmeg for a bold twist on this decadent classic.

I had this on draft 2/27/25 @ Sketchbook Evanston.
Black appearance.
Minimal dark tan head; nice lacing remained.
Cocoa & very faint pepper heat notes in the nose.
Medium thick mouthfeel.
Cocoa & faint pepper heat.
Not much to this beer; at least the spice isn't overwhelming.
