Browned copper color, thin ivory compact top, minimal thin strings of lace stick. Aroma is quite interesting and very nice, its alot of dried cedar thats very deep and earthy with a peet moss richness thats just lovely to behold. Notes of walnuts and vienna malt sweetness of darkened breads. Taste is of dark sweetened malts, heavy earth/stone oven baked bread toastiness thats quite nice. mild hop notes of pine and grass linger a smidge but overall ends a bit shy. Could've used more, but still is favorable. The earth tones are really nice in this. Feel is near medium with a thin drying finish that has a bit of hop spice and nuttyness. A very nice surprise.
