From notes:

Light color, maybe golden-brown (dark patio). Served with a soapy head of scant white, no lacing. Retention is moderate. Nose hints at a little pepper alongside citric hops and pale malt sweetness. Very fresh, as the hops are nice and tangy, but there's a little too much of a soapy, off-flavor that makes it not overly tasty. Watery mouthfeel, weak and overly clean in the finish. Not bad, but definitely lacking in heft.

Nice Rye beer that uses a fair amount of hops to balance with the grainy malty flavour in the finish. Had a real fresh taste that is often the best thing about drinking at brewpubs. Nice to see this small operation experimenting with differnt styles and generally doing a pretty good job
