Appearance: pours a golden yellow color. a small white head with decent retention and a little bit of a lacing. good clarity and brightness.
Smell: lemon to light orange citrus character. slight tropical fruit. caramel and sweet bread malts.
Taste: opens up with a light hoppiness, some tropical fruit, some herbal and spicy character and a citrus that mixes with the malts to create a lemon bread character. strong caramel malts comes through near the end.
Mouthfeel: light and bitter. pretty refreshing.
Overall: a hugely malty and more western ipa take than The Answer usually turns out. Easily a step down from what they generally do. I am not a fan of the amount and sweetness of the malts in this one.

Much more bitter than the rest of The Answer's IPA lineup. Pine, lemon, and a touch of spice from the Amarillo. Nice, but I prefer the Citra/Mosaic bombs The Answer puts out.

Appearance: Clear with a slight haziness that is typical of an IPA.
Aroma: House aroma similar to Larceny and Grand Larceny two of their other delicious IPAs.
Taste: The hop flavors stays wonderfully comfortable in your mouth, not over powering that that is all you can taste.
A well balanced IPA. A great year round go to IPA that you won't get tired of.
