The Answer Brewpub

 

L: Had this beer on-tap at The Answer Brewpub, poured into a snifter glass. Had a pale yellow color and a cloudy consistency. There was a quarter inch of foamy, somewhat long-lasting head. Pretty good lacing.

S: A good aroma of citrus fruit, malt, bubblegum, honey, and spices.

T: Tasted of a small amount of malt (not overly noticeable), lots of citrus fruit (lemon, in particular), a tinge of funk, a ton of bubblegum, spices (coriander?), and a hint of honey. A light, sweet flavor that's easy to drink. The Answer listed this as a saison, but it tastes more like a hefeweizen to me. Still, pretty tasty.

F: A good amount of carbonation with a sharp finish. Light-bodied.

O: A solid beer all around. A good, lighter beer for the summer.
