L: Had this beer on-tap at The Answer Brewpub, poured into a snifter glass. Had a dark brown / black color and a thick, opaque consistency. There was a quarter inch of foamy, tan-colored, long-lasting head. Good lacing.
S: A big aroma of cinnamon, malt, vanilla, and maple syrup.
T: Tasted of a good shot of maple syrup (always welcome), a whole lot of cinnamon, light malt (mostly in the finish), a hint of vanilla, and a little chocolate as well. This is one sweet and smooth flavor. It does (to an extent) taste like Cinnamon Toast Crunch, but this is almost beside the point. It's extremely rich and tasty.
F: A solid amount of carbonation with a super smooth finish. Full-bodied.
O: Another well made stout from The Answer. Very much drinkable.
