L: Had this beer on-tap at The Answer Brewpub, poured into a snifter glass. Had a dark brown / black color and a thick, opaque consistency. There was a half inch of creamy, tan-colored, extremely long-lasting head. Excellent lacing.
S: A very good aroma of chocolate, cinnamon, coconut, malt, and and a nutty quality.
T: Tasted of a bit of malt (not overly powerful), lots of chocolate, a bit of hazelnuts, a good shot of cinnamon (not as much as expected), a creamy quality, and a bit of coconut. An interesting flavor with the inclusion of the coconut. It's more subtle than some stouts, but it still works. Tasty stuff.
F: A good amount of carbonation with a silky / creamy finish. Medium-bodied.
O: An extremely likeable stout. Definitely drinkable.
