L: Had this beer on-tap at The Answer Brewpub, poured into a snifter glass. Had a brownish-red color and a cloudy consistency. There was a quarter inch of foamy, somewhat long-lasting head. Not much lacing, though.
S: A very good aroma of chocolate, malt, citrus fruit, berries, and tropical fruit.
T: Tasted of a small amount of malt (a minor factor), a good shot of berries (strawberries, it would seem), lots of chocolate (always nice), and some tropical fruit (pineapples). A sweet and smooth beer that really does taste like a Tootsie Pop. It's light, easy to drink, and not cloyingly sweet. Pretty tasty.
F: An average amount of carbonation with a smooth finish. Light-bodied.
O: An interesting and likable beer. Worth a shot.
