L: Had this beer on-tap The Answer Brewpub, poured into a taster glass. Had a yellowish color and a cloudy consistency. There was a quarter inch of creamy, fairly long-lasting head. Sparse lacing.
S: A pretty good aroma of Belgian-style yeast, apples, spices, and some other light fruit.
T: Tasted of a good shot of apples (a big component), light spices (a little bit of pepper), some citrus fruit (orange, lemon), a lot of Belgian-style yeast (present throughout), and a hint of pears as well. A very solid flavor that gets better as you go along. It's not as powerful as some saisons, but it definitely has a nice subtlety to it.
F: A well-carbonated beer with a lively finish. Medium-bodied.
O: A light and easy to like beer. Worth a look.
