L: Had this beer on-tap at The Answer Brewpub, poured into a taster. Had a dark brown / black color and a thick, opaque consistency. There was a quarter inch of foamy, tan-colored, somewhat long-lasting head. Excellent lacing.
S: An enticing aroma of white chocolate, bananas, vanilla, cream, malt, and caramel.
T: Tasted of a tinge of vanilla (lingers on the edges), a whole lot of white chocolate (quite sweet), some malt (present throughout, though subtle), lots of cream, a good shot of bananas (works well with the chocolate), and a hint of caramel. A sweet, complex, and likable flavor. Delicious.
F: An average amount of carbonation with a silky smooth, creamy finish. Full-bodied.
O: An incredibly tasty and well-made beer. Drinkable.
