L: Had this beer on-tap at The Answer Brewpub, poured into a taster. Had a pinkish color and an extremely cloudy consistency. There was a half inch of foamy, off white, somewhat long-lasting head. Excellent lacing.
S: A sweet and enticing aroma of rum, coconut, citrus fruit, malt, and tropical fruit.
T: Tasted of light malt notes (mostly in the finish; very fleeting), some coconut (pretty sweet), a decent shot of rum (not overpowering, but definitely present), lots of citrus fruit (orange, in particular), and a bit of tropical fruit (pineapple, in particular). A sweet, lively, and enjoyable flavor. Very tasty stuff.
F: A fair amount of carbonation with a vibrant finish. Light-bodied.
O: A thoroughly likable fruit beer. Drinkable.
