Off a nitro-tap this beer was an orange-amber color. The head was two fingers and tan. The retention was outstanding and the lacing in curtains, an excellent looking beer falsely pumped up by nitro jets, like a woman with fake D cups. The aroma was nearly non-existent, faint pale malts and floral hop bitterness. The flavors were pleasant but odd. An unusual blend of earthy malt and super floral hops. Enjoyable, but where was the bitterness in the ESB? Still, the balance was good and the beer quite sessionable. The body was medium, the mouthfeel creamy, the carbonation very soft (probably a little too soft). IBU 44, ABW 4.8 = 6 % ALC.
