Appearance:
Golden, chill haze. Moderate-high carbonation. Thick frothy head that sticks around, leaves a very nice lacing.
Aroma:
Spicy noble hops, sweet pale mals, bready, clean lager yeast.
Taste/Finish/Body:
Sweet pale malts, bready, biscuit, slight honey. Clean lager yeast. Hop bitterness is medium, spicy and slight citrusy. Finish is bitter and crisp, semi dryness. Medium bodied, crisp, refreshing, touch of oily, moderate carbonation.
Overall:
It's a very good Pilsner.
