Pours a dark brown with a mocha colored head that rapidly recedes
Smells of chocolate and caramel with hints of roasty coffee and a touch of tobacco
Tastes of dark chocolate and caramel, not quite as complex as the nose but still pleasant
Feels a bit undercarbed and over-sweet. Up the carbonation or tone down the sweetness and the beer would feel much more balanced, though it remains relatively silky
Solid beer, liked it a bit more fresh from the tap than a week later in the crowler.

Solid black color thick mocha head. Heavy chocolate on the aroma with bits of roast smoke earth brown sugar, and light dark fruits. The flavor follows the aroma but adds a bit of tobacco. Medium to thick body with a moderate level of carbonation. That's a pretty damn good sweet stout.

Pours a dark, cola colored brown with a 2 inch caramel head. Maybe it was 3 inches. I'm not good with inches. Please don't read too much into that.
Smell is dark roast cappuccino with emphasis on the chocolate. The coffee aroma is present but subtle.
The taste switches things around and I detect far more dark roast coffee notes than chocolate, however there is definitely chocolate present. I also detect some brown sugar on the back end which is a nice touch.
Mouthfeel is very smooth with medium carbonation.
Overall, a pretty solid offering. Not something I would necessarily go out of my way to try again but it's a solid representation of the style.
