From the 16 oz. can dated 11/17/16. Sampled on January 14, 2017.

The pour is pale yellow with a modest white fizzy head and decent clarity.

This is two months old but I still pick up the passion fruit on the nose along with a melon-like character and toasted bread.

Light to medium body.

There is a clean fruitiness in the taste with that juicy passion fruit thing. There is also citrus. It did not blow me away but it was a decent or better than decent beer.

Had trouble sleeping, and needed a light nightcap to ease me in. In disclosure, BA RIS are my de rigeure style and I know Gose like I know goose - which ain't very much.

A: Pale yellow; thin 1/2 head onto semi-gentle pour.

S: Light tartness, faint tequila/ fainter margarita

T: Much like it smells. Might be a light lemon - lime presence in the back end.

F: Very low carbonation. Very easy to drink. I am quickly downing this on a November night, and in the Summer this could be a go-to-beer with an evening meal or a 'sessionable lawn mowing beer'.

O: No idea how it rates per the style, but very enjoyable. I will have to buy some more.

Can from Greg and Jane's
Pours a hazy deep yellow color with a small bubbly white head that dissipates quickly. Smells of tart lemon with a salty earthy funk to counter. There's a light fruit in the nose that I can't describe, maybe its floral? Lemony tart flavor with hints of stone fruit and some saline and light earth to balance. Medium body moderate carbonation. Maybe I'm just hungry but I think some chips and salsa would pair very well with this beer.
