Crowler from Bert's
Slightly hazy deep golden color with a bubbly white head that persists. Spicy earthy herbal hoppy nose with bits of citrus pepper and light sweet bread at the edges. The flavor is sweet bready malt with some big peppery spicy phenols. Not as hoppy as the nose suggested although there is a lingering light astringency in the finish. Not a bad little sipper.
