From the 16 oz. can with a canning date of 12/29/16. Sampled on January 14, 2017.
The pour is a milky, unfiltered looking pale yellow-orange with modest carbonation building up to a huge, foamy white head.
The aroma brings out orange, tangerine, citrus, fruit, herbal notes, and a white bread character. Fairly balanced.
Medium and smooth body.
The taste evolves some from a forward orange, tangerine, citrus and fruit sensation, and then a slightly sweet white bread dough taste that ends with a mild herbal bitterness.

Draft at WHYM
Hazy murky deep golden with a decent bubbly white head. Sweet bready light caramel maltiness with some pine and citrus and a weird smokey thing that may be Mandarina Bavaria hops. Light bitter astringency. Drinking through the portfolio I am becoming less impressed with this brewery.

A:
Pours a slightly hazy honey copper with a compact two+ fingers of off-white head. Settles to a patchy film; speckled lace. (4)
S:
Bright, tart citrus up front with more dark, earthy bitter hop layers throughout the rest, soap, toasty slightly caramelized malts verging on molasses. (3.75)
T:
Astringent, earthy hop tea with a considerable molasses presence in it; dried herbs, medicinal malt stickiness, dirt. (3.5)
M:
Astringent with a medium body and medium carbonation, lingering bitter resin finish. (3.75)
O:
Good, bracing, bitter beer.
This is a stout little West Coast IPA. Lots of bitter, woodsy hops balanced with a big sticky caramel malt backbone. Not the most drinkable IPA ever. Overdoes it a little bit on both fronts. Good but I feel like the malt is a tiny bit over the line. Might have again, but I probably wouldn't seek it out. (3.75)

Bought in a 16 oz can from Craft Beer Cellar in Nashua, poured into a snifter, and I am amazed. Ale is unfiltered and cloudy with look the color of apple juice and awesome lacing. Smell is smoky, yet sweet, sugary, but faint. I'm not even an 1/8 of the way through this beer and already super impressed. It tastes unlike any IPA I have had. Incredibly juicy and drinkable, I can't stop putting the glass down. Interestingly enough, it leaves just a tad dryness in the aftertaste with a lingering Sprite-like flavor. I can't explain it, but the brew is obviously complex and a definite winner.
