16oz tallboy can, sample from the brewery.
So this is an IPA and has an addition of lactose and flavored with kiwi and hibiscus. Not going to fret too much about the IPA thing but really ... why? Perhaps enough bitterness to be an IPA, doesn't really come off as IPA. Regardless, the additions of kiwi and hibiscus work really well and play off the bitterness. Lactose drops some body on this beer, a bit of thickness and that is it. Love the extreme thinking behind this brew, looking forward to trying more releases like this from them.
