Pours a vibrant, very cloudy yellow gold color with a half finger fizzy head (it actually hisses at you) that settles to a film in a minute,
The aroma is pungent with a strong german/belgian style grain and yeast smell but layered very nicely with a subtle but present orange and herbal scent. It is not easy to pick out the chamomile so don't let that worry you.
Taste follows the smell in all regards. Tastes like a witbier but there is a pleasant orange and floral taste that kicks in midway through and continues to the finish.
Feel is smooth, creamy, thin and not sticky at all. Very low bitterness and a nice sweetness in the background balance everything nicely. Surprisingly seltzery, though this settles down with time.
So witbiers are not my typical thing so I can't speak to comparisons very well. I have to say that this may be one of the few beers in this style that I would seek out just because they made it so damn well. Kudos to these guys.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
