Pours a deep coffee brown color with a slight reddish tint. Maybe a half-finger silky head - not much there. Also looks a little thin for a stout... not sure if a wheat stout is supposed to be different.
Aroma is mocha coffee and cream with malt. Not overpowering but very rich and pleasant
The smoky chocolate flavor comes through immediately - warm and well-balanced with the rest of the beer. I think the wheat grain is perfect for this in that it gets out of the way to let the coffee and cocoa flavors do their thing. The finish is more smoky than the start but this is, again, subtle and well balanced.
There is no hint of alcohol that comes through despite being fairly high in ABV. The lactose just coats the tongue and imparts a nice smoothness to the experience.
I am really impressed with this entry from GC. I feel their stuff is hit or miss for my taste buds and this is clearly a hit. No off-flavors detected, just a rich and smooth and un-heavy take on the chocolate stout.
Disclaimer: I'm not really a stout guy. So this had an uphill climb to get such accolades from me.

Out of a can 8/22/17. Really nice color but I would like a little more head. Nose is sweet creamy coffee. Lactose provided a creamy compliment to the bitter coffee. Chocolate flavors emerge as this one warms.
Overall, this one might be a tad thin, but it is very tasty with a nice balance of flavors - the campfire is aptly named. With every beer I am becoming a bigger fan of this Brewery.
