Hecate is a sour ale brewed with torrefied jasmine and flaked rice for a crisp light body with a bone dry finish. Late additions of dragon fruit and apricot lend a refreshing sweetness to the beer. Notes of nectarine, grapefruit, lychee and witchcraft blossom in the nose.
