im never one to bash a new brewery too soon, i dont think its fair, you have to give them time to get up and running, i know and respect that, but this place went beyond the limits of acceptable liquid in a few areas, and this was one of them. it smells and taste like they tried to ferment cleaner or sanitizer with belgian yeast, just chemicaly, estery, and terrible. i can sort of see the idea, where they were going with it, but guess what, this isnt a very difficult style of beer to make, this shouldnt have gone this wrong, and its really rare i think for beer to be this lackluster or even off without a noticeable infection. i just couldnt drink this, and thats a rarity for me, i can always choke down a glass of beer. hard to point out the redeemable features when the whole is this far off the mark. the cherry lamic was the beer i would order again from this place, steer clear of this one until they (hopefully) get it figured out a little better.
