On tap at the Beer Research Institute
A: Pours nearly black with a frothy beige head head that settles to a thin layer and laces nicely.
S: Roasted malt, coffee, bittersweet chocolate, burnt sugar, and a hint of dark fruit.
T: Roasted malt, coffee, touch of chocolate, earthy, burnt sugar, and a hint of dark fruit. Just a touch of alcohol can come out as it warms, but for the most part it holds its weight very well.
M: Medium to full body, moderate carbonation, quite smooth.
O: Very nice imperial

Everything I dig in a Stout is present nice thick mouth feel roasty malt slight hop to balance great imperial Stout all around I order this every time it's on they make a great Stout
