Fall under the charm of La Cadette, a light and refreshing lager.
Delicate, light and thirst-quenching, La Cadette is a traditional French lager, which reflects the subtle expertise of several generations of brewers. Its fine bitterness and mild aromas of malt and hops make this the perfect beer to enjoy with your friends.

On tap/pression at a cafe' near one of the Metro stops for Montmartre, a tourist destination and classic Parisian neighbourhood. While any beer would do in this setting, La Cadette is a good lunch lager.
Cadette Looks old-school lager from the modest foam sitting on the blond bod and then sold with the trademark bodacious blonde. However Smells are only slightly above average, mostly malt. Really the same, Tastes would benefit from more spice; but Cadette still remains not too sweet and almost balanced. Medium-mouthed.
As for the very good Overall Hugs, that's for Castelain who seems to have assembled an interesting line of Belgo-French brews and is a guardian of the biere de garde tradition. For a longer micro-review, see my review for Ch'ti Blonde. A Sante'!

Copenhagen 14/5 2020. 33 cl bottle from Supervin.dk. Fifties-style drawing of unnaturally smiling woman doing gymnastics on the label.
Pours clear yellow with a small white head. Settles as thin patch of foam unable to cover the surface of the beer. Moderate lacing.
Aroma is medium intense with a strong malty sweetness. Sweet pale malts, cardboard, grains and hay. Almost no bitter og sour odors present.
Strong carbonation. Thin, watery, tingling - almost fizzy texture.
Flavor is moderately intense with a medium strong sweetness and a moderately strong bitterness. Aftertaste is sweetish and fairly short. Semi-dry finish.
Quite generic southerne European pale lager. A tad too sweet and a bit fizzy.

Bottle at Mirabelle, Miami, FL
A: The beer is clear deep yellow in color and has a light amount of visible carbonation. It poured with a quarter finger high white head that left a short head covering the surface.
S: Light aromas of pale malts are present in the nose.
T: The taste follows the smell, having pale malts with hints of grassy and floral hops, the latter two of which contribute a light amount of bitterness.
M: It feels light-bodied on the palate and has a moderate amount of carbonation.
O: This beer is easy to drink and isn't that bad for a European Pale Lager.
