Brewed and bottled by Castelain, I didn't find Ducasse in any of its five lines of brews on its website. (Might be new, in which case it is an extraordinary first release.)
As bias, my experience was huge. I bought Ducasse at the Cafe du Nord, looking at the facade of Europe's largest railroad station after a heavy rain and the sun broke through low; illuminating the nice job just finished on cleaning that stone. Even without a rainbow, this was a special event for my arrival to Paris in which this tripel suited it well.
This is a well-fruited tripel, close to great for us maltheads. amber and an active lasting foam lacing the glass, Ducasse Looks inviting. The yeast also kicks-up ample aromatics of a fruit bowl, but they could be more distinct. Tastes are well balanced and this tripel finishes semi-dry. As an article of perfection, there could be more of the yeast-driven spicing like pepper; but a yeast also rarely does everything well. Ducasse is medium-mouthed.
In 2020, this won a Silver medal from the World Beer Awards. So that confirms my experience that Ducasse Triple is special. Add it all up along with being one of the more accomplished French brewers that have to compete near the Belgium border, and I give Castelain excellent Overall Hugs.

Blind tasted:
L- Pours quite dark amber, clear, with a 1Cm white head. Holds well especially considering the usually gas-killing ABV%
S- Quite mild, there seems to be a fruity facet in there.
T- Ooh! There is a bit of a stewed-fruits aspect, It's quite bright and helps leaven it. CO2 zing in the mouth, then into a usuefully balancing notable hoppy-dry finish. Ideally it would have somewhat clearer spice/fruit sub-facets, this is a smaller matter.
F- It's well balanced between thump and intricacy. Many beers of this ABV% don't manage it this well. As a result it feels solid, but is not overwhelmingly heavy or rich etc.
O- What a nice surprise, they have produced a clever and well balanced beer here. I'd happily drink it again.
Bought from Carrefour, Belley, France 750ml
Now checking the labelling: BB 20/06/2024. '2020 World Beer Awards - France/Silver'. Ingredients include: barley and wheat malts, sugar, CO2, hops, coriander.
