Pale gold appearance with a small white head that faded quicky without leaving much lacing. Subtle floral aroma with some light orchard fruit in the background. Mellow, balanced taste was moderately hopped without being overtly bitter. Crisp, dry, medium bodied, decently carbonated mouthfeel. Enjoyed on tap at the Fireside Tavern in Strasburg, Pa.
