Clear amber with a big pile of coarse foam in the Cheval Blanc goblet. Quite malty with a leafy, hoppy taste. There is a lot of sweetness followed by a bitter, mineral zing. It's very green tasting, almost astringent but there is a touch of orange.
An interesting beer that makes you grateful for the wonderful variety of floral and fruity hops we take for granted in the big country to the south. It's surprisingly bitter after some sipping, with the bit of sugar still lingering. From the 473 ml can purchased at Expérience Bière in the Gay Village.

Pours a creamy generous head with good lacing - aroma grassy piny hops with some citrus. Flavour caramel, bread, pine tar hop bitterness. A bit sharp.
