One of my favorite offerings from CR.
Would like to see a little more emphasis on the malt presence (2016 version). Their version from 2015 covered this aspect better and benefited from the added body and balance.
There is a mild yeast presence.
I would not consider this a traditional BPA by any means, but a twist on the style that seems in line with the other hoppy ales they are putting out. It is a refreshing beer, lacking a bit of balance for the style though.

Incredible hoppy flavor and tast. Goes down smooth. Compare Heady Topper

A beautiful golden glow in the glass. Hoppy aroma with a whiff of some belgian yeast at play. Taste is excellent, the hops and yeast really complement each other quite nicely. It retains the hoppyness that I love in a good APA with a complement of some bold fruity yeast esters as well. An excellently crafted beer that is easily my favorite example of the style.
