The beer is a hazy orange color with a small white head and a bit of lace.
Aroma of citrus fruit, a hint of spice.
Taste of orange and coriander.
Not very lively in the mouth.
Not bad.

An interesting iteration on one of my favorite American styles, a wheat Pale ale. This one is brewed with lemon rind and ginger...a funky combination that just barely missed the mark. As with all CR beers I think the maturing of the young brewer will go a long way in establishing this upstate upstart as a new go to brewery in the Adirondacks.
