On tap at Common Roots Brewing in S. Glens Falls, NY.
This one pours a slightly murky dark golden color, with a small head, and a good bit of lacing.
Smells like white wine, barnyardy and dirty funk, passionfruit, and grapefruit.
This is a cool idea and attempt, but not entirely well executed. The funk is pretty weird in this one, very earthy, and very dirty, and leaves a weird feeling in the mouth. There's a good amount of white wine, and a light hoppiness from the Galaxy. I'd want more hop and less funk, personally.
This is light bodied, with a not-crisp-enough mouthfeel, and a good level of carbonation.
This is interesting, but not perfect.

Light barrel notes earthy lightly funky and spicy with some honey like maltiness underneath and some vinous fruity bits.
