Poured a pale straw color with mild transparency and a healthy white head on top. I see some bubbles streaming upwards. Has a really nice aroma to it. Strong bready smell that reminds me of pizza crust with a nice hoppy finish that lands somewhere between fruity and piney. The taste is much like the smell. It's got a very strong bready quality to it, likely from the hop profile, and it finishes with a burst of hop pineyness. The taste is very reminiscent of classic west coast IPAs even though it doesn't look like one. The body is good and it finishes with a nice bitterness at the back of the mouth. Overall, this beer is highly enjoyable. It's crisp, light, fruity, juicy, piney, and bitter.

All citra hopped IPA. Lighter in flavor than the smell would indicate. Lemon, citrus pith and stone fruits. Clean malt grain bill. Light and prickly feel. Dry, fairly bitter finish. Pretty good. Getting more pale ale than IPA.

Excellent beer, clearly emulating the hop forward IPA trend here in the Northeast
