16oz can dated 4/6/17, this batch uses Mosaic hops.
Pours straw gold and hazy with a large, billowing head of dense white. Retention and lacing to spare, looks great.
Aromatics are straight from the tropics with shades of mango, tangerine, melons, and unripe peach. Light bodied with a creamy, slightly crisp mouthfeel. Peach, mango, and grapefruit up front on the palate. Zero bitterness or malt and quite dry. Finishes with lingering tropical citrus and a hint of honey.
Great beer, would love to try an uber-fresh one.

Light golden straw body with mild haze and a thin, tightly packed white head. The nose was pleasant with notes of predominately floral and herbal hops, white peach, some lemon zest, and a crackery pilsner malt backbone. The mouth feel was lighter than I expected with hefty carbonation and a clean, crisp aftertaste. The flavor had a little bit more citrus fruit, orange, lemon, light floral spice, some clover honey for sweetness, hint of honeydew melon, and not much else. Drinks more like a hopped up pilsner than a typical IPA. An easy drinking beer for the upcoming warm summer months.
