Bottom of the can stamped 07/02/18.
This was poured into a tulip.
The appearance was a mild glossy burnt orange color with a fair transparency about it. Carbonation could be seen rising to fill a quickly dissipating finger's worth of white foamy head. No lace.
The aroma started off with a sweet blood orange pulpy juiciness revolving around some sweet grassy hops light lemon juice with some sour and tart character.
The flavor was moderately juicy sour with an ample amount of sweet strolling in for a juicy balance. Slight blood orange aftertaste.
The mouthfeel was about medium bodied, perhaps a touch under with a sturdy ABV as promised by the brewer. Somewhat sessionable with the juiciness pushing against the sour harshness nicely. Sly crisp sour to sweet finish with blood orange sweetness.
Overall, what a Summer sipper! Yeah, I'd come back to this.
