Comes in a very hazy, almost opaque, translucent golden color. Topped by a foamy, soapy white head that has medium retention; leaving a foamy film that leaves soapy lacing.
S: Yellow grapefruit peel, pineapple, grass, lemon peel, honeydew melon, honey, cracker.
T: Big yellow grapefruit, lemon, honeydew melon, citrus pith. Cracker malt with a hint of honey. Grassy and slightly citrusy bitterness on the finish. Crisp and clean.
F: Light, but not watery. Well-carbonated. Almost medium-feeling. Rolls crisply along the palate.
O: A fantastic Amarillo NE pale ale. Tasty and refreshing.
