Single Hop IPA series featuring Mosaic. This triple purpose hop, also known as HBC369, is grown in the Pacific Northwest and carries strong notes of tropical fruit, berry and fresh pine. Don’t confuse it with a piece of art.

A: Poured from the can into a Piraat tulip/snifter-type glass. Body is slightly chill-hazed pale yellow with a half-finger of white head. Some lace.

S: Very modest nose - faint grainy malt and a touch of tropical fruit.

T: Bready malt foundation is followed by tropical fruit - think ripe melon, papaya - and a hint of blueberry and even limes at the finish. Aftertaste is a bit on the sweet side. Pleasant taste, though it's light.

M: Call it light-to-medium in heft. Slightly slick in feel.

O: Good. An easy drinker that's a little on the sweet side.
