A dry, rustic style farmhouse ale fermented in oak foeder tanks with a tart and slight herbal aroma, further aged to excellence in wine barrels.

Pours a hazy straw-gold with a loose head. Notes expresses tart notes and apricots. Taste follows nose. Mouthfeel reveals a light body with a mild, even carbonation and a pillowy body. Overall, a very pleasant sour; however, I don't really get any of the barrel.
