Impressive white head which recedes in a lumpy fashion slowly. Good lacing (mostly minor but plentiful streaks). The liquid has a mild chill haze in the straw color.
The smell starts with the palest of malts but there's a sizable raw grain nose as well. No adjuncts, light alcohol.
The taste starts off smoothly, although the liquid is appropriately thinner than most beers. The lower carbonation makes it seem richer. The flavor begins with malted/raw grain blend but quickly succumbs to the stronger hop presence--this is less of a Helles and more like Pilsner. Overall, I'd still put this in the lawnmower category, but the full flavors definitely put it a dramatic notch above the others.

Clear grassy golden appearance, foamy white head, decent lacing and retention. Grain, mild malt, grape, herb. Medium to light body, moderate carbonation, smooth mouthfeel.
